Academician V. V. Adushkin, founder and first director of the Institute of Geosphere Dynamics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, occupies a prominent place among outstanding geophysicists. On September 10, 2022, V. V. Adushkin celebrated his 90th birthday. The fame of V. V.
